Position: Linisher

Hourly Rate: £13 - £14 per hour (Dependant on experience)

Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7am - 3.30pm, Friday: 7am - 1pm

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Linisher to join our production team. This role involves preparing and finishing products, ensuring they are polished to a high standard. You will work with linishing machines and hand tools to achieve smooth and precise finishes on each item.

Key Responsibilities
" Operate linishing equipment and hand tools to remove imperfections and prepare items for final polishing.
" Inspect workpieces to confirm they meet quality standards and specifications.
" Keep the workstation clean and follow all health and safety procedures.
" Work effectively with colleagues to ensure production targets and quality levels are maintained.
" Assist with general factory duties if required to support the wider team.

Skills & Experience Required
" Previous linishing experience is essential.
" Confidence using linishing tools, abrasives, and equipment.
" Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent high-quality finishes.
" Reliable, hardworking, and a good team player.
