We areexcited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Linen Porter to become a partof our highly successful team at Ham Yard Hotel. As a Linen Porter, you willplay a crucial role in ensuring our guest rooms, public areas, andback-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Efficientlycollect and deliver linen across all hotel departments, ensuring timely andorganised distribution.
  • Sort andseparate used linen for return to the laundry team, maintaining stock levels inall linen cupboards.
  • Supportthe Room Attendants by ensuring all linen is clean, fresh, and readilyavailable, contributing to a seamless guest experience.
  • Workclosely with a team of ambitious, friendly, and hardworking individuals in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

  • Demonstrateexcellent attention to detail to uphold our high standards of cleanliness andpresentation.
  • Show apassion for providing excellent customer service, enhancing the guestexperience.
  • Exhibitstrong organisational skills to manage your tasks efficiently and effectively.
