Line Training Captain - Elevate Pilot Performance

Ravenair seeks a Line Training Captain based in Liverpool to elevate operational excellence and pilot performance. You will deliver line training, lead proficiency checks, and support continuous improvement while playing a visible role in pilot selection and training administration.

You will coach Captains and First Officers, maintain training records, and collaborate with Flight Operations, Safety and Compliance to embed best practices and a just culture.
