Line Operator (Food Industry)

For a modern poultry processing facility, we are looking for a precise and motivated line operator. In this role, you supervise the production line where chicken products are packaged. You are the central point of contact on the line: you ensure that the packaging process runs smoothly and safely, monitor quality and hygiene, and keep the team focused. • You have an affinity for technology, production, and food safety.
• You work well in a team and know how to motivate colleagues.
• You have practical production knowledge, preferably in the food industry (a diploma is not required).
• You work accurately, stay calm during busy moments, and take initiative.
• You can communicate well in English; Dutch is a plus.
• You are flexible and comfortable working in a rotating schedule.

Wat ga je doen?

You are responsible for ensuring the production line runs efficiently, safely, and hygienically. You review the planning, make sure materials and the team are prepared, and monitor product quality throughout the day.

In addition, you:

• Set up machines correctly and take action when adjustments are needed.
• Resolve minor technical issues independently and contact the technical department for larger problems.
• Identify deviations in the process and report them immediately.
• Work with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workplace.
• Actively contribute to a positive atmosphere and motivated team on the line.

• A gross monthly salary between €2,706 and €2,914.
