Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm (Weekdays)

We're currently recruiting for Line Operatives to join one of our manufacturing clients based in the Swansea area.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for full-time weekday work in a fast-paced production environment.

The Role

As a Line Operative, you'll be working at the end of the production line, ensuring finished products are packed accurately and efficiently into boxes ready for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing finished products into boxes
• Checking products meet quality standards before packing
• Keeping your work area clean and organised
• Following health and safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
