Line Leader: Fast-Pace Food Production Lead

Morepeople 01780 on the factory floor is seeking a manufacturing operative to set up packing machinery, monitor line speeds, troubleshoot stalls, and direct a team to hit the daily plan.

You will perform quality checks, print pallet labels, and maintain daily production logs, while training operatives and coordinating with forklift drivers to uphold right-first-time standards on a 10-hour shift (4 on, 4 off). This is a permanent, full-time role.
