Line Leader

Production Line Leader: Primarily responsible for the supervision and operation of the High care areas. Ensuring a safe working environment and satisfying all customer demands.

About You: This role is physical, applicants MUST be prepared to be team players and have a flexible approach to support our ever-growing production department. You must be prepared to adhere to food hygiene standards.

• To ensure that all members of the team follow company policies and that Health and Safety regulations are being enforced to meet safety compliance.
• Good time management skills to ensure efficient running of production line to meet planned volume targets.
• Ensure food safety requirements are fulfilled.
• To ensure quality of product made meets customer specification and quality standards - with clear attention to detail of requirements.
• To complete paperwork and any associated administrative tasks related to the production line, including updating records to show what has been completed and notes of any issues.
• To give clear guidance / instructions to line operators - act as a role model for best practice.
• Good team member but also the ability to work off own initiative.
• To maintain the highest possible standards of housekeeping and GMP within the production areas.
• Play an active part in continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a face pace environment with a can-do attitude.

• Permanent role
• Immediate interview and start for successful candidate
• Monday to Friday 37.5-hour week
