Line Leader - 4 in 7 Night Shift

About the Role

Shift Pattern: 4 nights in 7 (Tuesday - Friday) - 17:45 to 06:15

Hourly Rate: £16.00 (Paid Weekly)

Responsibilities

• You will drive production lines to fulfill daily customer orders in the most cost effective way.
• You will ensure products on your line are produced and packaged safely.
• You will manage a team of General Operatives to follow correct line standards throughout your shift.
• You will help train new starters such as Junior Line Leaders.

About You

• Previous line leading experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Demonstrative experience to adapt to environments and make quick decisions, such as responding appropriately to solve problems.
• Continuously strive for excellence, empower, and motivate your team to work collaboratively.
