Location: Woburn Forest Pay: £13.86 per hour plus an average of £3.97 per hour in shared tips

Rajinda Pradesh serves vibrant Indian and Asian-inspired dishes made with fresh ingredients and bold flavours.

We're looking for a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie to join our Rajinda Pradesh team. You'll prepare, cook and present menu items to high standards, supervise Kitchen Assistants and manage kitchen operations in the absence of a Kitchen Manager.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes to high standards, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and legal requirements.
• Manage stock, portion control and minimise food waste to meet cost targets.
• Support menu development and assist Kitchen Managers with procedures and standards.

Working Hours

Full time; guaranteed minimum 150 hours over a 4 week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships with colleagues.
• Kitchen Assistant experience.
• Naturally cheerful, patient and friendly.
