Lincolnshire Pig Breeding Farm Manager

Cranswick plc is seeking a hands-on Farm Unit Manager to oversee all pig breeding unit activities. You will manage staff, ensure high welfare and biosecurity standards, and coordinate with senior management to meet production targets.

You will lead inductions and frontline training, maintain records, and drive safety and efficiency on-site while promoting a positive, compliant farming environment.
