Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and develop the Limerick team to deliver excellent customer service and strong sales performance.
  • Oversee all day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency across sales, purchasing, stock control and administration.
  • Drive branch profitability and performance in line with company targets, with a strong focus on trade counter sales and margin management.
  • Deliver new business growth by actively identifying opportunities, securing new accounts and expanding the branch's customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers while ensuring consistent engagement across the wider customer base.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.
  • Work closely with Head Office and other branches to ensure alignment on purchasing, pricing and customer service initiatives.
  • Set and maintain high standards of professionalism, accountability and teamwork within the branch.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within electrical wholesale or a similar sector.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with a track record of driving sales and managing margins.
  • Excellent people management, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A hands on, proactive approach with a strong customer focus.
  • Experience with Intact ERP (or similar systems) and a solid understanding of efficient branch operations.
