Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and support the planning, creation and delivery of a welcoming and inviting home-based Lifestyle Programme aimed at encouraging residents to participate and engage in a wide-ranging variety of activities. The programme is offered as part of the group-wide More Programme, focusing on ensuring that resident interests and needs are met consistently and creatively whilst adapting to varying levels of physical and mental ability.

About you

We provide full training, so we'd love to hear from you regardless of background. It's important that you're organised, have great communication skills, and you're flexible enough to work shifts. The role offers a career pathway, potentially progressing to Nurse Associate with support on your journey. Shifts will be required across a 7-day period, with patterns scheduled on a rota basis, including weekends.
