Customer Service Advisor, Lifelong Learning Service, Slough Borough Council, is seeking a motivated individual to provide high-quality front-line support for learners and staff. You will handle enquiries by phone, email, and in person, assist with enrolment, and maintain accurate records across MIS and finance tasks.
