Lifeline Support Coordinator - Enable Safe Living

Somerset Council Lifeline team is seeking a Lifeline Support Officer to coordinate Lifeline equipment installations and provide essential admin support so vulnerable residents can access technology and services to stay safe and connected. The role emphasises excellent customer service, accurate records, appointment scheduling, and stock management to ensure smooth Lifeline service delivery across Somerset.
