Job Title: Lifeguard

Location: Pyle Swimming Pool, Mid Glamorgan

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £12.71 per hour

As a Lifeguard you are calm and confident; you could save a life and help keep people safe. You will be responsible for supervising customers at poolside, preventing serious injuries or accidents, and delivering first aid when required.

Key Requirements

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualified or ability to pass the course
• Comfortable in control of the pool and able to challenge inappropriate behaviour
• Ability to perform rescues, deliver first aid, and handle difficult conversations with customers
• Willingness to progress to roles such as swimming teacher, duty manager or trainer with ongoing training
