Role Overview

As a Lifeguard at David Lloyd Clubs, you will ensure the safety of our pool areas, conduct regular pool tests, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee poolside safety and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Conduct pool tests and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Assist members to ensure a great experience and share knowledge and best practice.

Qualifications

• Hold an NPLQ qualification.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
• A team player with a passion for health and fitness.
