Lifeguard: Flexible Hours, Training & Community Impact

Freedom Leisure, located in Tandridge, is seeking a Lifeguard who is passionate about creating positive experiences for customers. In this role, you will ensure that our centres remain clean and safe, contributing to a welcoming environment.

This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to build a rewarding career while supporting health and fitness in the community. A full training program is provided, and candidates must have an NPLQ qualification or equivalent along with First Aid at Work certification.

Salary is up to £12.71 per hour, with various employee benefits including paid annual leave and discounted staff membership.
