Lifeguard (Bank)

Pay: £13.10 per hour

Work hours are ad hoc and flexible, based on the needs of the business and your availability.

Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe and healthy when using the wet side facilities - swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents straight away.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Provide evidence of ongoing training records.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills.
• Team player mindset with strong customer care orientation.
