Lifeguard

Working on the bank at Nuffield Health - you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week, but work on an ad hoc basis to suit business needs and your availability.

Salary: £13.10 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities - the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents straight away.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.

Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Ability to provide ongoing training records.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Passionate about great customer care and a real team player.
