Lifeguard - Cheam FWC

Part time - £13.10 per hour

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

We are looking for someone to help keep customers safe and happy across our wet side facilities, including the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room.

Key Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities - the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times

Qualifications & Skills

• Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent
• Ability to provide ongoing training records
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn new skills
• Passionate about great customer care
• Team player
