Lifeguard & Leisure Centre Attendant

Coast and Vale Learning Trust operates a state-of-the-art leisure facility in Oundle. The Leisure Assistant will lifeguard the 50-metre pool, assist with equipment setup, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. You will engage guests with friendly service and help plan activities to enrich members' experiences.

Excellent customer service, teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail are required, with ongoing training provided to support growth within the Centre.
