Responsibilities

• Oversee poolside safety and ensure compliance with all Health and Safety requirements.
• Conduct regular pool water tests according to company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and logs for all safety and testing procedures.
• Assist members with a friendly and professional service, ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid NPLQ qualification.
• Passionate about health and fitness.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
• Team player with a willingness to share knowledge and best practice.
