Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Ability to provide and maintain ongoing training records.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn new skills.
• Team player mindset with excellent customer care focus.

Responsibilities

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wash side facilities - the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.
