Job Overview

With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, Lifeguards play a vital role in overseeing poolside safety and ensuring members have a great experience. You will maintain health and safety compliance, conduct pool tests per company guidelines, and keep accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee poolside safety and ensure that the pool areas are compliant with all health and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular pool tests in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation at all times.
• Assist members to ensure a positive and safe experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NPLQ qualification.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong engagement, communication, and active listening skills.
• Team player willing to share knowledge and best practice.
