Lifeguard - Safety, Service & Career Growth

Shropshire Community Leisure Trust is seeking a Lifeguard at Oswestry Leisure Centre to keep the pool safe and welcoming. You will supervise activities, assist customers, and help maintain a clean, safe pool area while delivering high-quality service to all visitors.

The role involves weekend work on a 3-week rota, 35 hours per week, with shifts including earlies, lates and mids. Applicants should hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and be committed to a proactive, customer-focused team.
