Lifeguard - Safe Swim Lead & Customer Champion

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure the highest levels of service and a safe, welcoming environment across its centres. You will work as part of a team to uphold quality standards and support customers of all ages and abilities.

Key duties include assisting with pool safety, maintaining cleaning and equipment, and supporting staff while following health and safety procedures. The role involves coaching peers and maintaining incident records per policy.
