Lifeguard • Safe Pool, Friendly Community Hub

Birmingham Community Leisure Trust is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure safe pool use and assist visitors at the centre. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, supervision of activities, and safe handling of pool equipment in a welcoming environment.

The successful candidate will be safety-focused, capable of handling pressurized situations, and hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ). A supportive team and inclusive community hub are offered.
