Role Overview

You will be key to supporting all of our objectives. As a Lifeguard, you will ensure our centres are welcoming, clean and safe for all customers.

High Volume Notice

In the event that a high volume of suitable applications are received, the post may close prior to the specified closing date.

Hours

18.5 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis).

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification
• First Aid at Work
• Enhanced DBS check
• Ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and also to all levels of staff
• Well developed interpersonal skills
• Team oriented approach, able to work across organisational boundaries and show interest and support the work of staff and colleagues
• Flexibility to work and understand instructions from managers
• Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry
• Regular cleaning, maintenance and preparation of areas and equipment as appropriate

Salary

Up to £12,259 per annum.
