Job Overview

Freedom Leisure, a leading charitable leisure trust operating more than 130 centres across England and Wales, is recruiting a Lifeguard. The role involves ensuring a friendly, safe and clean environment for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the best levels of service are achieved for customers through a friendly, clean and safe facility.
• Work casual hours as needed, responding to operational demands.

Qualifications

• Possess an NPLQ qualification (training can be provided).
• Have an Enhanced DBS check.
• Show the ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilities.
• Exhibit well developed interpersonal skills and a team orientated approach.
• Demonstrate flexibility and the capability to work across organisational boundaries and adapt to instructions from managers.

Salary

Up to £12.71 per hour.
