Lifeboat Coxswain - Lead Rescue & Marine Ops

RNLI in Grimsby is looking for a Coxswain to join Humber Lifeboat Station. You will be responsible for supporting volunteer roles, maintaining the lifeboat and equipment, and training crew members. Ideal candidates will have experience as an RNLI Coxswain or relevant maritime qualifications like RYA Yachtmaster. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
