Pro-Finance in London seeks a senior Transaction Services Director focused on Life Sciences & Healthcare to lead due diligence and complex deals. The role carries autonomy, with responsibility for growing the sector proposition and deepening key client relationships alongside Partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Transaction Services/FDD background, sector expertise, and a track record of leading engagements and teams at Director level. ACA/ACCA qualification is required.
