The firm specialises in Life Savings, Investments, and Protection products, supporting a diverse client base across the Republic of Ireland.

The Rewards:

As the successful Life & Pensions Administrator you will receive:

  • €52,000 to €55,000 base salary + extensive benefits

The Role:

As the successful Life & Pensions Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Managing end to end processing of applications across savings, investments, and protection products
  • Sitting in on client meetings and supporting advisors with follow up actions
  • Handling client engagement, documentation, and ongoing service queries
  • Assisting advisors with research, preparation, and case management
  • Monitor Pension bank accounts, recommending investment opportunities for client pension funds
  • Other duties as outlined in the full job description.
The Person:

The successful Life & Pensions Administrator will meet the following criteria:

  • 3+ years' experience in Self Administered Processing (essential)
  • Working towards or already QFA qualified
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy client portfolio
  • Professional, client focused, and eager to develop within the financial services sector
