Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to developing mental health professionals
• Support supervisees with case review, documentation, ethics, and treatment planning
• Offer clear feedback that encourages professional growth
• Maintain supervision records in line with applicable board expectations
• Represent Gotham's Find a Supervisor feature in a professional and supportive way

Qualifications

• Active Alabama clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include LMFT, LPC, Psychologist, or LICSW
• Must be qualified to provide supervision under Alabama requirements
• Prior clinical supervision or mentorship experience preferred
