What we're looking for:

• Valid EASA Part-66 License (B1/B2) with B737/A320 type ratings

• Recent hands-on experience with commercial aircraft

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Legal eligibility to work in Ireland

About the Role:

As an LAE, you'll be responsible for supervising assigned staff and contractors during Base Maintenance checks, ensuring all work meets company standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. You'll carry out inspections, repairs, and certifications in line with regulatory requirements and company procedures.

You'll also play a key role in developing the team, providing mentorship, guidance, and training to colleagues and apprentices. This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibilities, perfect for engineers who want to combine technical expertise with team development.
