Library Officer: Customer Service, ICT & Events

iPeople Solutions is recruiting Library Officers to serve as the first point of contact for library users in Hackney and nearby areas. The role includes maintaining a welcoming environment and providing ICT support to library customers.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft packages and available to work evenings and weekends as required. This position offers the chance to engage the community through events and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
