LGPS Governance & Training Compliance Lead

Jobtailor is seeking a Governance professional to support the LGPS governance framework for East Sussex. You will engage with the Head of Governance, Pensions Committee and external advisers to ensure compliant policies and strategies are developed, risks are managed, and training is delivered.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with public service pensions, and the ability to guide stakeholders through complex regulatory requirements.
