These flexible opportunities are ideal for Level 3 Teaching Assistants who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings. You will be supporting pupils in Moreton in Marsh and the surrounding areas, helping to create inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environments across a range of year groups.

Duties as Level 3 Teaching Assistant:

• Provide one to one and small group support to pupils across the curriculum
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible learning activities
• Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND, where required
• Help implement behaviour management strategies in line with school policies
• Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours
• Prepare learning resources and support classroom organisation
• Monitor and record pupil progress, sharing observations with teaching staff
• Contribute to wider school routines during longer term placements

Ideal Level 3 Teaching Assistant:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
• Previous experience working in a school or educational setting
• Strong understanding of how to support pupils with varying needs and abilities
• Calm, patient, and nurturing approach to learning support
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Adaptable across different schools and year groups
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
• Willingness to undertake further training and professional development
