Level 3 Teaching Assistant

About the role:

justteachers are supporting a primary school in Nuneaton to recruit a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner. This is a full-time role with a September 2026 start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. The school has an excellent Early Years provision with a nurturing environment, experienced staff and a commitment to continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children's learning through play
• Deliver communication and language activities
• Observe and record children's development
• Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment

Pre-requisites:

• Level 2 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children)
• Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced)
• A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
