Level 3 teaching assistant

Do you have a Level 3 qualification and experience supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis? Are you confident working with Key Stage 2 pupils and supporting their academic and emotional development? Do you have a patient and nurturing approach to supporting children in the classroom?

The school is looking to take on a Level 3 Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis for the summer term. The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will support a Year 4 pupil on a 1:1 basis, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs and helping them to access the curriculum effectively.

The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will have:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience supporting children on a 1:1 basis
• Experience working within Key Stage 2 / KS2
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A patient, caring and adaptable approach
• A proactive and "can-do" attitude
