L3 Early Years Practitioner - L37
Are you the kind of Early Years professional who can turn a cardboard box into a pirate ship, a muddy puddle into a science experiment, and every day into an adventure?
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming primary school in the L37 area.
Start Dates Available: ASAP and September 2026
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm
Pay: £500- £550 per week (dependent on experience and qualifications)
The Role:

Supporting children within the Early Years setting to learn, develop, and thrive.

Delivering engaging, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.

Encouraging curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child.

Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

Supporting observations, assessments, and children's learning journeys.
We're Looking For:

A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.

Previous experience working within an Early Years setting.

A nurturing, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
