Are you the kind of Early Years professional who can turn a cardboard box into a pirate ship, a muddy puddle into a science experiment, and every day into an adventure?

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming primary school in the L37 area.

Start Dates Available: ASAP and September 2026
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm
Pay: £500- £550 per week (dependent on experience and qualifications)

The Role:

• Supporting children within the Early Years setting to learn, develop, and thrive.

• Delivering engaging, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.

• Encouraging curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child.

• Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

• Supporting observations, assessments, and children's learning journeys.

We're Looking For:

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.

• Previous experience working within an Early Years setting.

• A nurturing, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
