Role Overview - Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

The successful Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will support children's learning and development through engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework. The Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will play a key role in helping children build confidence and develop essential skills within this Havering setting.

Responsibilities of the Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

• Deliver engaging support as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner through play and structured activities
• Support children's development across EYFS areas
• Maintain a safe and positive environment as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
• Observe and record children's progress
• Work collaboratively with staff and parents

Requirements for the Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

• Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification (essential)
• Previous experience as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and EYFS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and caring approach as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
