Eliana Bilingual Nursery is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant team. Our nursery is committed to providing an engaging, enriching, and nurturing environment for young children aged 0-5 years. As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and learning of our children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive growth through exciting and age appropriate activities. You will work collaboratively with other practitioners to implement high quality educational programs that embrace a bilingual approach, recognizing and celebrating the cultural diversity of our community. • Plan and deliver age appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
• Create a safe and engaging environment for children to explore and learn in.
• Observe, assess, and document children's progress and development.
• Support the personal, social, and emotional development of children, encouraging positive behaviours.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high standard of care and education.
• Promote diversity and inclusion through a bilingual approach in daily activities.

• Hold a Level 3 Early Years Education and Care qualification or equivalent.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Have experience working in an early years setting or nursery environment.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• French Speaking (Essential but not Required)
• Demonstrate a commitment to promoting children's well being and safeguarding.
• Be enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about early years education.
• Have a clear understanding of health and safety regulations in a childcare setting.
