Level 3 Early Years Apprentice - Nursery Assistant (Apprenticeship)

This role offers the chance to gain hands on experience in a professional nursery environment while working towards a Level 3 Early Years qualification.

You will work 30-40 hours per week across 4-5 days, supporting the nursery team in delivering a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.

Key Duties

• Provide positive adult interaction with children throughout the nursery day.
• Support the team in delivering high quality care and learning experiences.
• Under supervision, assist with all aspects of childcare, including washing, changing, and feeding.
• Help meet the personal, social, and emotional needs of individual children.
• Assist with creating engaging and creative activities for children.
• Support colleagues to maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating nursery environment.
• Follow the nursery's confidentiality and safeguarding policies at all times.
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive nursery team.
