Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Location: Ottershaw, Chertsey

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

The Role: We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education, ensuring all children are supported to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe, secure, and engaging environment for children
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Observe, assess, and record children's development
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Support children's emotional and social development
  • Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times

Requirements:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for working with children
