• Become part of a caring and collaborative school community that puts children first as a Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant

• Support pupils with needs such as Autism (ASD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and associated communication or developmental challenges

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support, guided by EHCPs and IEP targets

• Helping pupils build confidence, independence and social communication skills

• Working in partnership with class teachers, the SENCO, and specialist professionals

• Supporting positive behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement throughout the school day

• Holds a Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant qualification (or higher)

• Has experience supporting children aged 4-11 with SEN, particularly ASD and MLD

• Is patient, adaptable and nurturing in their approach

• Lives in or can commute easily to Brierley Hill
