Level 2 Qualified Practitioner - Aldermaston, Reading

We are looking for a passionate experienced Level 2 or 3 Qualified Practitioner to join our warm, welcoming, and nurturing nursery. Level 2: up to £12.86 (£30,092.40 for 45 hours)

Level 3: Up to £13.26 depending on experience

As an Early Years Practitioner you will:

• Support the delivery of engaging learning experiences following the EYFS framework
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for children
• Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Observe and support children's development through play based learning
• Ensure the nursery maintains high standards of care, safeguarding and wellbeing

• Level 2 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Passion for working with young children
• Understanding of the EYFS framework
• A positive, team focused attitude
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
