Job Description

As a Level 2 Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or Childcare Practitioner, you will support children's care, learning, and development within a nursery setting in Ealing, Greater London W5. This role is ideal for an early years professional with a background in Nursery (EYFS), looking to contribute to a caring and supportive childcare environment where children are encouraged to learn, play, develop confidence, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Support children's day-to-day care, learning, and development
• Assist with EYFS-based activities and play experiences
• Help create a safe, caring, and engaging nursery environment
• Support children's wellbeing, confidence, and independence
• Maintain safeguarding, health, safety, and welfare standards
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues
• Support observations, records, and nursery documentation
• Work collaboratively with the wider nursery and childcare team

Requirements

• You must have the permanent right to work in the UK
• Relevant Level 2 Early Years qualification or equivalent
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years childcare setting
• Background in Nursery (EYFS) and early years practice
• Ability to support children's learning, safeguarding, and development
• Warm, caring, and professional communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
• Ability to work independently while supporting the wider nursery team
