We're working with a well-established, nationally recognised estate agency to find a talented Lettings Valuer to join their successful team in Pinner. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large corporate agency with a strong market presence, excellent brand recognition, and a proven track record of developing high-performing individuals. The Role As a Lettings Valuer, you will play a key role in winning new instructions and driving business growth. You'll be responsible for building relationships with landlords, valuing rental properties, and converting opportunities into new listings. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and professional rental valuations
• Win new instructions and build a strong portfolio of properties
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords
• Work closely with the wider lettings team to maximise opportunities
• Consistently meet and exceed targets

About You We're looking for someone who is:

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated
• Friendly and personable with excellent communication skills
• Proven in lettings with a strong listing track record
• Target-driven with a commercial mindset
• Well-organised and able to manage their own pipeline

Essential Requirements

• Previous lettings valuation/listing experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Must live within a 1 hour commute of Pinner
