What We're Looking For:

• The preferred candidate will have prior experience as a lettings lister or as a negotiator looking for their next step.
• Able to generate business in a target driven environment.
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle.

Your Role:

• Win new listings and gain instructions for properties to market.
• Generate and book valuations.
• Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
• Administer tenancies (with support).
• Provide outstanding customer service.
