We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Support Customer Service role in a Leasing Real Estate agency based in London. The firm is an all in one top property service that specialises in advising foreign HNW customers on UK property investments. It is seeking to hire a Mandarin Speaker to fill this role.

• Mandarin and English fluency (spoken and written)
• Outstanding coordination and administrative abilities
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to build positive relationships with clients, business contacts, and internal teams
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities, and capacity to express information clearly and concisely
• Ability to collaborate closely with different teams to achieve the company's common goals
• High attention to detail
• Excellent time management abilities, and capacity to handle workload independently at peak times
